Coat your beef with the following:
Agave
Pat on Seasoning Mix:
1 Tbs Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Ground Bay leaf
Brown on both sides then place in crock pot. Pour in a couple of cups of filtered water or wine or a mixture and 2 onions quartered.
Set on low and leave for 6-8 hours.
The meat will pull apart with a fork.
