NFCA’s Gluten-Free Cooking Spree unites the medical and lifestyle aspects of celiac disease to raise awareness and education about celiac disease and the gluten-free diet!

How it works:

Top chefs, health care professionals, and media
representatives make up teams of three. Together, they
work to create the best gluten-free recipe.

A distinguished three member panel will judge each
team’s gluten-free dish and declare the evenings
outstanding entry.

Prominent speakers will present the latest
developments in the field of celiac disease.

NFCA staff will be on hand. Materials and resources
will be available.

NFCA is pleased to honor Dr. Bob Anderson,
internationally recognized leader in celiac disease research.

Ticket prices include gluten-free hor d’oeuvres, dinner, desserts, and beer. All attendees can take home a fabulous goodie bag filled with treats from a variety of gluten-free vendors!
