February is a month full of food celebrations and I have a gluten and dairy free menu to match. Super Bowl– 7th (New Orleans Saints vs Indianapolis Colts), Chinese New Year -10th, Valentines Day -14th , Mardi Gras -16th. My favorite of course is the Super Bowl. It’s a bitter sweet day since it’s the last game of the year. It’s a great excuse to have people over, who watch the game, and eat, cheer, and watch the commercials.
