This weekend I took inventory of my kitchen so I could plan my menu for the month. I looked at my calendar to see what nights I would have time to cook and then figured I would eat next month. With soccer pre-season in full swing this week but school not in session, I have a few more options. Tomorrow I’ll share the rest of the monthly menu but here’s what we have planned for this week.

Monday – Posole Soup (Mexican Corn Soup)
Tuesday – Turkey Meatballs in crockpot
Wednesday– Date night out to Passion Fish
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – Grilled Chicken and vegetables
Saturday – Teriyaki Salmon with rice
Sunday – Special Beef Burger with Oven Fries
