Don’t forget that this week’s Secret Ingredient for Friday Foodie Fix is Pomegranates.  I love to open them up and pull out the seeds.  I also love the pomegranate syrup where the hard work has already been done for me.

Monday – Spaghetti with late summer vegetables

Tuesday – Chicken Taquitos with refried beans

Wednesday – Pork Chops with sauteed apples

8Thursday – Blackened Barramundi with vegetables and rice using the spice mix from My Blackend Tilapi Turned Chicken

Friday – California Cobb Salad Burgers using Turkey

Saturday – Chicken Fricassee

Sunday – Pasta Primavera
