Wildest dream: To live on a farm, own my own nutritional counseling business, have some sort of bakery/cafe on the side, and perhaps run gluten-free healthy mind and body retreats on the weekend. And you can add a husband and kids in there too. And a horse and perhaps a goat and some chickens too!
